The Great Room, a standout feature of our Clubhouse, can be booked by residents for intimate gatherings or larger group events. Equipped with cozy seating, two flat-screen TVs, a pool table, and a meeting table, it's perfect for relaxing or socializing.

Tables and chairs for dining and serving can be provided, and a fully-equipped kitchen is conveniently located next door for food preparation. Plus, guest parking right outside ensures easy access for all your attendees.

The kitchen, designed for residents hosting parties in the Great Room, offers plenty of space and amenities to make food preparation and serving effortless. With a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and ample counter space, you'll have everything you need to cook for any gathering.

Basic essentials like dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided, so just bring any additional supplies you may need to make your event a success!

Conveniently located next to the pool are locker rooms equipped with showers and changing areas. Lockers are available for storing your belongings – just bring your own lock.

Patio

A patio, available for seasonal use, is right outside the pool’s doors. Residents can soak up the sun outside on lounge chairs and enjoy the beautiful State College summers.

When the weather is nice, residents who wish to eat outside can do so on the patio with the provided dining table, chairs and umbrella. A gas grill is also available for all residents to use.
